This exclusive collector tag is crafted from the fuselage of Vickers Varsity T.1, serial number WJ902, an aircraft with a distinguished history in the Royal Air Force (RAF). The Vickers Varsity, developed from the Viking and Valetta, was introduced in 1951 as a twin-engine crew trainer, replacing the Wellington T10. It featured a wider wingspan, longer fuselage, and tricycle undercarriage, with a ventral pannier for trainee bomb aimers and a bomb bay capable of carrying 24 x 25lb smoke and flash bombs.

WJ902 was delivered to the RAF on October 2, 1952, and served in various training capacities, contributing to the preparation of multi-engine pilots and navigators. The Varsity was instrumental in training crews for the RAF's V-bomber fleet during the Cold War era. After over two decades of service, WJ902 was retired and struck off charge on October 14, 1974.
