This collector tag is crafted from the fuselage of the Bombardier CRJ-200LR, registration N8488D, an aircraft with a long and reliable career in regional aviation. Manufactured in 2001 at Bombardier's facility in Montreal, Canada, this aircraft was leased from GECAS and began its service with Northwest Airlines. Over its lifetime, it also operated under Pinnacle Airlines and later Endeavor Air, connecting passengers across the United States on vital regional routes.
Powered by GE CF34-3B1 engines, N8488D was designed for efficiency and reliability, making it a cornerstone of short haul operations. After nearly two decades in service, the aircraft was retired and partially scrapped, preserving its legacy through these unique collector tags.
